Why the rule works this way
Operators are contracted per mission, so the same city can host three different centres for three destinations. Always start from the destination's official page rather than a general VFS list.
For New Zealand, appointments in India run through VFS Global under Immigration New Zealand (INZ), with indicative processing of 20–40 days. The rule above applies at every Indian centre serving this mission.
