- By cab: set the drop point to Shivaji Stadium / Vasant Kunj / Nehru Place, Delhi. Drivers frequently confuse the visa application centre with the consulate — these are separate buildings with separate entrances.
Parking, security and entry rules
- Parking around Shivaji Stadium / Vasant Kunj / Nehru Place is limited and mostly paid, hourly street or mall parking. App-cabs are faster than driving on weekday mornings.
- Mobile phones, bags, laptops and food are usually not permitted inside. Paid lockers or a nearby shop cloakroom are the practical options — carry only your document folder.
- Only the applicant is admitted, except for minors, senior citizens and applicants needing assistance. Family members wait outside, so plan the drop-off accordingly.
- Photocopy and photo shops cluster within walking distance of the centre; still, arrive with the pack complete rather than relying on them.

VFS Global in Delhi sells an early-morning or evening submission window for applicants who cannot attend during standard hours. It changes the appointment time, never the decision or the processing queue.
